When you send the Request a Quote form, we collect:

• quantity requested

Why we collect it

We use this information only to reply to your quote request, reserve olive oil, and handle the order. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for newsletters unless you separately ask us to.

Formspree

The quote form is sent through Formspree, Inc., a service based in the United States. Formspree receives the form data, stores it so the message can be delivered, and forwards it to us by email.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and order messages only as long as needed to reply, complete the order, and keep basic records of the sale. We then delete them when they are no longer needed.
